Directions

Step 1

Pour the vodka over the rhubarb and sugar, ensuring the ingredients are fully submerged. Seal the jar tightly.

Shake the jar gently to help dissolve some of the sugar. Place the jar in a cool, dark place for 4–6 weeks, shaking it lightly once a week to ensure the flavors infuse evenly.

Step 5

After the infusion period, strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bottle, discarding the rhubarb pieces and sediment.

Step 6
