  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Caraway seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Thousand Island dressing (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, diced corned beef, shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and breadcrumbs.

Step 3
