Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, shredded Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Mix well to evenly distribute the filling ingredients.

Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface, with one corner pointing towards you (like a diamond shape). Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture slightly below the center of the wrapper.
