Ingredients

  • 4 oz sliced turkey (cooked)
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 2 rings red onion
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tsp butter (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Lay the two slices of whole grain bread on a clean surface. Optionally, spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice for added flavor.

Step 2

On one slice of bread, spread the mayonnaise evenly. On the other slice, spread the cranberry sauce.

Step 3

Layer the turkey slices on the mayonnaise side of the bread.
