Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli florets

  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch them for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
