Ingredients

  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Mini Reese's cups
  • 0.75 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.33 cup Heavy cream (for ganache)

Directions

Step 1

Place the Oreo cookies (including the filling) in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.

Step 2

Melt the butter and mix it into the Oreo crumbs until fully combined.

Step 3

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Place in the freezer to set while preparing the filling.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Add the powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated, ensuring no lumps remain.

Step 6

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overwhip.

Step 7

Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined and fluffy.

Step 8

Chop the mini Reese’s cups into quarters and fold half of them into the peanut butter filling.

Step 9

Spoon the filling into the chilled Oreo crust and spread evenly. Add the remaining chopped Reese’s cups on top for decoration.

Step 10

For the chocolate ganache, heat the heavy cream (for ganache) in a small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering. Do not let it boil.

Step 11

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.

Step 12

Drizzle or spread the ganache over the pie as desired. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let chill for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.

Step 13

Slice and serve cold. Enjoy!
