Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin or line it with mini paper liners.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
