  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 ounces Pasta (e.g., spaghetti, linguine, or penne)
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
