  • 1 Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 Carrots, julienned
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups Cooked Jasmine rice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the red curry paste and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
