  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the snap peas thoroughly under cold running water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Trim the ends and remove the stringy fiber from one side of each pod.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
