  • 12 pieces corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 4 pieces lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Remove the stems and seeds from the guajillo and ancho chiles. Rinse them under cold water to remove any dust or debris.
