Directions

Step 1

Ensure your Medjool dates are soft and sticky. If they are a bit dry, soak them in warm water for 10–15 minutes, then pat them dry before using.

Step 2

In a food processor, combine the raw walnuts, raw almonds, and shredded coconut. Pulse until finely ground, but take care not to over-process into a paste.
