  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 pieces Tomato slices (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a medium-sized saucepan and cover them with cold water.

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and let the eggs simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove the eggs from the saucepan and place them in an ice bath for 5 minutes to cool.
