Ingredients

  • 16 ounces coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (uncooked, any flavor)

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 0.25 cups vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cups rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Break the ramen noodles into small pieces and set aside the seasoning packets (you won’t need the seasoning for this recipe).
