  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cooked pasta (e.g., elbow or small shells)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Stir in the sliced carrots and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
