  • 1 tablespoons Water
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the raisins and walnuts. Combine them in a mixing bowl along with cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated to create the wonton filling.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg with 1 tablespoon of water to create an egg wash.
