Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe peaches
  • 4 whole pineapple rings
  • 2 whole ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Wash and pat dry all the fruits. Cut the peaches into halves and remove the pits. Slice bananas lengthwise into halves. Make sure your pineapple rings are evenly cut and ready for the grill.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, whisk in freshly grated ginger, honey, lime juice, and cinnamon until combined. Allow this glaze to simmer for 1-2 minutes and then remove from heat.

Step 4

Brush each side of the fruit slices generously with the ginger-honey glaze.

Step 5

Place the glazed fruit directly onto the preheated grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until you see nice grill marks and the fruit is slightly caramelized.

Step 6

Carefully remove the fruit from the grill and arrange it on a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the grilled fruit.

Step 7

Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a burst of color and serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy your R S C Grilled Ginger Fruit!
