  • 1 Egg
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 0.25 cup Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, gluten-free rolled oats, and almond flour.

Add the coconut sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt to the dry ingredients, and mix well.
