Ingredients

  • 2 5-oz cans (drained) Canned tuna
  • 0.5 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, break up the drained tuna with a fork until flaked evenly.
