Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
