  • 4 pieces pita bread or flatbreads
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 medium cucumber
  • 1 to taste optional toppings (e.g., cherry tomatoes, red onion, or extra herbs)

Directions

Step 1

Finely dice the onion and garlic, and chop the parsley.
