Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar

  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter (cold)
  • 0.75 cups Milk (any non-dairy option works too)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk (for icing)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Vanilla extract (for icing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch round or square baking dish.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the cold butter into small cubes and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to incorporate it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
