  • 0.25 cups Extra granulated sugar for rolling

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, ground ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
