  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside.
