Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 4 Sandwich buns (or bread slices)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (optional, softened)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Step 2

Slice the sandwich buns in half. If desired, spread softened butter on the insides of each bun.

Step 3

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the buttered sides of the buns on the skillet and toast until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
