Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or butter.

Step 2

Steam or blanch the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until just tender but still bright green. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
