  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken breast, black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, chopped cilantro, ground cumin, chili powder, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.

Step 2

Lay one flour tortilla on a clean, flat surface. Spread a quarter of the filling mixture evenly over half of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Fold the tortilla in half to form a semicircle. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
