Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon, for garnish Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks, thinly sliced for garnish Green onions
  • 0.25 teaspoons, to taste Salt

Directions

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves and core of the cabbage. Shred the cabbage into thin strips using a knife or mandoline slicer.

Step 2

Peel and julienne the carrot, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and sesame oil to the pan.
