  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • 1 Egg yolk (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon Milk (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet to ensure it's even. Cut the pastry into 6 equal rectangles or squares.

Place the pastry pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each piece.
