  • 4 slices slices of whole wheat bread
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce (optional)
  • 4 slices slices of tomato (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Add mayonnaise, pickle relish, diced celery, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the tuna.

Step 3

Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the tuna salad has a creamy consistency.
