  • 0.5 cups Fontina cheese (shredded)
  • 0.5 cups Provolone cheese (shredded)
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2

Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
