  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 cups cooked rice or pasta, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and butter. Allow the butter to melt completely.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
