Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp Butter, softened

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty.

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

While the burgers are cooking, preheat your oven's broiler on high.
