  • 200 grams dried thin wheat noodles (or spaghetti)

  • 2 heads baby bok choy, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles and set them aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
