  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium Onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water (for cornstarch slurry)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (for garnish, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the beef cubes evenly with salt and black pepper.

Sear the beef in batches in the skillet until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Transfer to the crock pot.
