  • 1 cup Salsa (for serving)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Shred or chop the cooked chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chicken, shredded cheese, corn (if using), and diced bell peppers (if using). Add salt and pepper, then gently mix to distribute the seasonings evenly.

Spread the chicken and cheese filling evenly over one half of each flour tortilla, then fold the other half over the filling to create a semi-circle shape.
