  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Lime (cut into wedges, for serving)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 0.5 cup Salsa (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Season the shrimp with cumin, chili powder, paprika, and salt. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet.
