  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract (for swirl)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
