  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
