  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Milk
  • 2 drops Orange gel food coloring
  • 12 pieces Mini pretzel sticks
  • 2 teaspoons Green icing or candy melts

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
