  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter (cold, cubed)

  • 1 cup Canned pumpkin puree
  • 0.33 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Milk

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour with the cold, cubed butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 2

Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing gently until the dough holds together. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
