  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 15 ounces Canned pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cups Canola oil
  • 0.5 cups Unsweetened applesauce
  • 4 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cups Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 1 cups Raisins or chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans or line them with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until well combined.
