  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 30 grams Cinnamon sugar (for sprinkling)

Directions

Step 1

Place the cooked and mashed pumpkin in a large mixing bowl and leave it to cool completely if it is still warm.

Add the egg and sugar to the pumpkin and mix well until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
