Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet into a 10x12-inch rectangle if needed.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Brush the surface of the puff pastry with the egg wash (egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water).
