Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

Step 1

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside.

In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Once the butter is fully melted, add the mini marshmallows to the pot. Stir continuously with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until the marshmallows are completely melted and smooth.
