  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1.5 cups Frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Flour, for dusting

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lightly dust your work surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry sheets slightly to smooth them out. Cut each sheet into four equal squares, making a total of eight squares.
