  • 100 grams powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions until pliable but still cold to the touch.

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon together until well combined.

On a lightly floured surface, unfold one sheet of puff pastry. Brush it evenly with half of the melted butter.
