  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pot over medium heat.

Add the sofrito and minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the adobo seasoning and ground cumin, cooking for another minute to toast the spices.
