  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked white rice (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Season the chicken thighs with adobo seasoning, salt, and black pepper, then brown them in the pot for about 5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
