Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Beer (lager or ale)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.

Step 3

Stir in the beer, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.

Fold in the crumbled bacon and half of the chopped green onions, reserving the other half for garnish.
